NFF can ensure country’s prosperity - MP Anjan Umma

Gampaha District JVP Parliamentarian Anjan Umma yesterday joined the National Freedom Front (NFF) in the presence of NFF Leader Wimal Weerawansa.

Anjan Umma said she decided to join the NFF for the prosperity and well-being of the country.

She took the decision to join the NFF after several rounds of talks with the high committee of the NFF.

Umma said the high powered committee answered the questions satisfactorily raised by her politically.

The activities of the JVP was also the chief reason for her to depart from JVP.

She expressed confidence that she can achieve her political goals through the NFF.

Umma said considering the future she took this firm decision and decided to use this opportunity for the sake of the country.

“This is an unforgettable moment in my life and I am happy to join the NFF.”
