Three dead bodies and 03 injured from the attack on Kalawelgala village taken to Thanamalwila Hospital

Thanamalwila Hospital sources say that three dead bodies and three injured from the terrorist attack on Hambegamuwa Kalawelgala Village unleashed at 1.00 am today have been brought to the Thanamalwila Hospital.

The injured are being rushed to the hospital by the Army and the villagers.

Shooting incident reported in remote village - Thanamalwila

A shooting incident has been reported at Kalawalgala, a remote village in the Thanamalwila area few hours ago (17th January). According to available information four people with gunshot injuries have been admitted to the general hospital Thanamalwila.

Hospital sources said, one of the injured has succumbed to injuries and another three are presently being treated at the hospital.

Security has been tightened in the area.
