Three Sri Lankans taken into custody in Tamil Nadu

Three Sri Lankan Tamils, who arrived here on a boat, were taken into custody on suspicion that they were militants, police said on Tuesday.

Sridhar (23), Kumar (21) and Arasu (27) arrived at Sambai near here and were arrested, police said. The trio was being interrogated, police said, adding that their boat has been seized.
