UNESCO's Matsuura -- latest broadcaster for Voice of Tigers

Before condemning the attack on the Voice of Tigers (VoT) radio station – an instrument of glorifying terrorism which is forbidden under UN Security Council Resolution 1373 etc -- Koïchiro Matsuura, the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization ( UNESCO ), should have done his homework instead of being led by the nose of partisan NGOs in Colombo.

His staffers who drafted the statement too should have read the precedents set by UNESCO at the height of NATO bombing of Serbia.

Here are the precedents on which UNESCO was deaf, dumb and blind.
